What should I prepare for the call?
Nothing formal. Think about the work that takes your team the most time, and how you handle it today. If you have an example — a report you write by hand, the way new customers reach you — bring it.
What languages do you work in?
English, Dutch, Spanish and Papiamento. Report Builder takes field input in Spanish, English and Dutch.
Where do we meet?
By video, by phone, or in person on Aruba — at your office or wherever works for you. We don't keep a public storefront.
Do you work with companies outside Aruba?
Yes. We're based in Aruba and work across the Caribbean. Aruba time (AST) is the same as US Eastern in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so the Americas are easy, and European mornings overlap our afternoons.
How do we get started?

We work out of Aruba. We don't keep a public storefront — most conversations happen by video, by phone, or at the client's office. If you'd like to meet in person, tell us and we'll find a time and place that works.
For Caribbean and US East Coast clients, we work in your timezone. For European clients, mornings on Aruba are afternoons in Europe — a natural overlap window.
