04  The Conversation

Let's see if we're a fit.

Selling the future.

The first conversation is free, thirty minutes, and tells us both whether we should keep talking. No slide deck. No hard sell. We listen, we ask about the work no one wants to do anymore, and we tell you honestly whether we can help.

01 — Direct lines Reach a real person

Or write to one of us directly.

We answer our own email. If you have a question or a specific problem you'd like to talk through, the person below who handles that area is the right one to ask.

02 — FAQ The questions everyone asks

Common questions, honestly answered.

How long does a typical engagement take?

Most of our engagements run two to five weeks from kickoff to handover, depending on scope. A focused Report Builder deployment can ship in two; a full Custom Agent deployment with multiple sub-agents and integrations is closer to five.

We don't believe in three-month builds for things that should take three weeks. If we think a project will take significantly longer, we tell you upfront and break it into phases.

What does this actually cost?

It depends on scope, and we won't quote a number before understanding what you actually need. What we will say: every Ozi engagement is priced to pay for itself in twelve months or less, measured in staff hours saved or revenue captured.

You'll get a one-page proposal after the discovery call with a clear price, a clear timeline, and the math showing how it pays back. If the numbers don't work for you, you walk away with a clearer picture of your own operation either way.

Do you only work with clients in Aruba?

No. We're based in Aruba and a meaningful share of our work is with Caribbean clients, but we work with businesses anywhere our timezone overlap allows real collaboration. Aruba time is the same as the US East Coast in summer and one hour ahead in winter, so the Americas are easy. Europe works for morning-to-afternoon hand-offs.

If you're somewhere harder to overlap, tell us. We'll be honest about whether we can serve you well.

What languages do you work in?

English, Dutch, and Spanish — fluently across the team. Papiamento for local Aruban work. We can build interfaces and content in any of these, and we work with translation partners for anything beyond.

What happens after delivery? Do you stay involved?

Most clients stay on a light retainer after the build. The systems we deliver are designed to run on their own, but they benefit from regular tending — new templates, new agents, adjustments as your business evolves.

Retainers are optional. If you'd rather take the system in-house and run it yourself, we'll document everything, train your team, and step back. Your software, your call.

How do we get started?

Book a discovery call. Thirty minutes, free, no commitment. We'll listen to your operation, ask about the bottlenecks, and tell you whether we think we can help. If we can, we send a one-page proposal within five business days. If we can't, we'll often point you toward someone who can.

03 — Office Where to find us

On the island. By appointment.

We work out of Aruba. We don't keep a public storefront — most conversations happen by video, by email, or at the client's office. If you'd like to meet in person, tell us and we'll find a time and place that works.

For Caribbean and US East Coast clients, we work in your timezone. For European clients, mornings on Aruba are afternoons in Europe — a natural overlap window that has served us well.
